• Respect the Equipment - Lift with Control
• Always Put Your Weights Away
• Share Equipment - Be mindful of time spent on popular machines
• Be mindful of other members’ privacy while filming
• Use Towels & Wipe Down Equipment
• Always Respect Others

Non-adherence may result in our 3-STRIKE POLICY being actioned - so PLEASE respect the space and respect our staff's requests.

• ต้องสวมถุงเท้าอยู่ตลอดเวลา
• แนะนำให้สวมรองเท้าในการฝึกซ้อม
• โปรดใช้อุปกรณ์ด้วยความระมัดระวังและดูแลรักษา
• ยกน้ำหนักอย่างควบคุม
• โปรดเก็บอุปกรณ์และน้ำหนักกลับที่เดิมทุกครั้ง
